Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Heat Networks Project Manager in Manchester on a 12‑month contract. Hybrid pattern: three days on site per week. Pay rate £500 per day (Inside IR35 via umbrella).

You will lead heat network design management within the BAU capital projects team, engaging with environmental stakeholders and contractors to drive clear, deliverable outcomes. You'll own and manage designs through the delivery lifecycle, act as the main point of contact between the BAU capital projects team

• Experience in heat networks design and delivery.
• Strong project management capability across design, delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external contractors.

This is a hands‑on role interfacing with environmental stakeholders and contractors-ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex design work into confident, deliverable outcomes.
