Job summary

Old Thorns Hotel & Resort, part of the Accor network, is hiring a hotel housekeeper to join our team in Hampshire. You will ensure bedrooms, apartments and penthouses are clean and well presented, maintaining high standards of guest comfort.

The role requires smart presentation, a friendly manner, and a genuine commitment to customer care. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is welcome but not essential, and sponsorship is not available for UK workers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK - Sponsorship is not available for this position
• Smart personal presentation and polite and friendly manner
• Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care
• Previous experience as a Hotel Housekeeper is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Ensure bedrooms, apartments, penthouses are clean
• Routinely clean hotel facilities according to your schedule
• Report any maintenance issues
