An opportunity has arisen to join the HEART team as a Business Support Officer in a full-time 37-hour permanent position, working on a rota basis. The role involves providing comprehensive technical administrative support to the team and service, including handling referrals, scheduling appointments, managing work, overseeing financial tasks, and generating complex reports. The position requires working on a rota covering weekends and bank holidays, according to set patterns, with hours between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and one day starting at 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
