Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is hiring a Hearing Wellness Advisor in the Glasgow area. This hands-on, customer-facing role supports hearing journeys, with structured training and a clear path toward audiology.

You’ll cover stores needing support, greet customers, run screenings, assist with maintenance and aftercare, and help clinicians manage appointments and records. The package includes a salary of £26,500, monthly bonus, Boots Discount Card, pension, and generous holiday.

Responsibilities

• Cover stores within the Glasgow area that require support.

The clinic environment

You'll work within a modern clinic, supporting both customers and Audiologists in delivering outstanding hearing care.

You'll be trusted with responsibility and supported to grow your capability over time.

Training & career progression

From day one, you'll receive structured training to build confidence and clinical understanding, including sessions at our Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno. Training is delivered over several months, with all accommodation and expenses covered, and is supported by hands-on experience in store.

Career pathway

This role offers a clear progression route: Hearing Wellness Advisor → QHAD → Audiologist

With strong performance, you can progress onto our fully funded Qualification in Hearing Aid Dispensing (QHAD) programme, leading to a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist role.

Entry requirements:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C / 5 or above in Maths, English, and Science
• Strong performance and customer focus
• Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice
