Job summary

Flame Health Audiology is hiring a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a permanent, on-site position in Colchester. The role offers a basic salary of £40,000 plus uncapped monthly commission and bonus opportunities. 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00.

The successful candidate will be HCPC registered (or pre-registered) with BSHAA membership or willingness to join, hold a UK driving licence, and provide premium patient care while selling suitable hearing solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualified or pre-registered HAD with HCPC registration.
• BSHAA membership or willingness to become a member.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to perform hearing assessments and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hearing assessments and audiograms.
• Sell suitable hearing solutions in line with HCPC standards and BSHAA code.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CMS.
• Provide after-sales support and handle service calls.
