Flame Health Associates LLP in West Thurrock is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, on-site role with a salary around £40,000 depending on experience. You will own the clinic and drive patient outcomes.

The role offers clinical autonomy, access to modern hearing technology, CPD and potential progression, with support from an established health care retailer partner.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology and HCPC registration required.
• At least two years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Excellent admin and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the clinic, customer outcomes and day-to-day performance.
• Provide customer-focused hearing care and advanced diagnostic assessments.
• Build lasting customer relationships and support decision-making across the journey.
