Job summary

Hidden Hearing in Liverpool is seeking a HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to work two days at our Liverpool hearing centre and three days visiting patients at home. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours weekly, with a base salary of £40,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required to practice.
• Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD.
• Member of BSHAA or willing to join.
• IT skills enabling use of CMS and audiometry equipment.
• Driving licence active and valid.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide suitable hearing solutions within HCPC/BSHAA guidelines.
• Complete audiograms and client records on the CMS system and synchronise daily.
• Adhere to company working practices including standard consultations.
• Provide premium after-sales service by addressing service calls promptly.
• Maintain knowledge aligned with HCPC CPD requirements.

Job description

We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) to work in the Liverpool area - 2 days based in our Liverpool hearing centre and 3 days visiting patients in their own homes.

• Basic salary - £40,000 with rewarding uncapped commission payable monthly and opportunity to earn both quarterly and annual bonuses

You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and supportive team of managers. You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.

Responsibilities

• To carry out our comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions, within specified time scales in accordance with the HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines
• Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company’s CMS system accurately and synchronise daily
• Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation
• Provide premium after sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries, in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with the HCPC CPD requirements

Job Requirements

• Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD
• Hold current HCPC registration
• Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA
• IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
• Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload
• Hold current driving licence
