Job summary

Audika Group in Bedford is seeking a HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team. You will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, recommend and fit the most suitable solutions, and deliver premium customer care while meeting HCPC standards.

This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with a basic salary of £40,000 plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Generous car allowance from £5,328 or a company car, 25 days leave, and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• HCPC-qualified hearing aid audiologist with HCPC registration.
• Current driving licence.
• Member of or willing to join BSHAA.
• Proficient IT skills for CMS and audiometry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend suitable hearing solutions.
• Complete audiograms and maintain accurate customer records in the CMS.
• Adhere to standard consultation practices and company guidelines.
• Provide premium after-sales service and respond to service calls promptly.
• Keep HCPC CPD requirements up to date.

We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) to work across Bedford field.

• Basic salary - £40,000 with rewarding uncapped commission payable monthly and opportunity to earn both quarterly and annual bonuses

You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and supportive team of managers. You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.

Responsibilities

You will need to be a HCPC qualified hearing aid audiologist with the desire and ability to provide premium customer care and have an aptitude for sales.

• To carry out our comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions, within specified time scales in accordance with the HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines
• Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company’s CMS system accurately and synchronise daily
• Adhere to company working practices including the standard consultation
• Provide premium after sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries, in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with the HCPC CPD requirements

Requirements

• Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD
• Hold current HCPC registration
• Be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA
• IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
• Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload
• Hold current driving licence
