More about your role

  • Ensure that a defined Healthy Community project/programme runs in line with best practice and meet mutually agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure the team understands the scope of the project/programme, including funding, KPIs, outputs, outcomes, and wider community impact.
  • Complete admin tasks related to the project/programme professionally and effectively.
  • Engage with key health and wellbeing partners such as Active Partnerships, NHS, Local Authority, and VCSE sectors to drive collaboration opportunities.

  • Experience managing data and communicating to diverse audiences.
  • Qualifications or experience related to the specific project/programme managed.
  • Passion for improving local community health and awareness of the local sports/health landscape.
