Heidi Health Corp. is hiring for a part-time role that sits alongside our founder, coordinating information-gathering, partnerships and NHS engagement. You’ll shape behind-the-scenes work, audit AI agent outputs, and ensure every action is tracked and correctly followed up.

This role grows with your impact, blending clinical insight with health-tech operations, product partnerships and rigorous evidence workflows across NHS organisations and journals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning complex operational, clinical or partnership work.
• Interest in software and AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple open threads and deliver results.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid, fast-paced health tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Run information-gathering, outreach and partnership programs across NHS organisations, end to end.
• Build tracking systems for contacts, documents, deadlines and responses.
• Set up AI-agent workflows and maintain production runs.
• Audit agent outputs and determine human review points.
• Write to NHS teams, publishers and universities in a trusted register.
• Prepare founder-level partnership meeting notes and close actions.
• Identify risks and surface decisions early; provide concise updates.
• Design outreach waves to NHS trusts and map UK guideline landscape.
