Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver technology-enabled transformation for health clients across the UK, with a focus on digital strategy, data analytics, AI, and workforce transformation.

Based in London or a regional office, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to understand clinical and operational needs, design practical solutions, and help clients improve outcomes and financial sustainability in the health sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare consulting in the UK, preferably with NHS.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation in the UK health sector.
• Knowledge of UK health trends, systems and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of a delivery team on technology consulting projects in healthcare.
• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic, operational and technology needs.
• Support design and delivery of digital transformation including AI and analytics.
• Analyze healthcare processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bridge between technical teams and clinical users to ensure practical solutions.
• Develop analytics and reporting solutions with data integration and quality.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements.
• Deliver clear analysis and client-ready recommendations targeting outcomes.
