Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Data Analytics Manager with a Health sector focus to lead end-to-end data transformation initiatives across NHS datasets, ensuring accuracy, compliance and meaningful insights for service transformation.

You will mentor consultants, collaborate with NHS stakeholders, and apply AI, automation, and BI capabilities to deliver value for health clients across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data-focused transformation projects within the healthcare sector (NHS preferred).
• Strong understanding of UK NHS healthcare systems, policies and operational challenges.
• Experience managing projects and teams delivering health data insights.
• Ability to translate health data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare analytics projects focusing on AI, automation and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor analytics solutions addressing operational and clinical needs.
• Design, build and deploy data analytics and reporting solutions with AI integrations.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster health data literacy within the team.
• Engage NHS stakeholders to align data practices with workflows and compliance.
