Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital in Coventry is seeking a confident Training and Compliance Administrator to provide comprehensive admin support ensuring the safe and smooth operation of our service.

You’ll be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital. The role requires collaboration with the admin team, occasional minute taking, and proficient use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of mental health and care settings.
• Strong organisational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support.
• Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard.
• Keep files & records as required.
• Work co-operatively with all members of the admin team to ensure smooth running.
• Occasional minute taking at meetings & note-taking when required.
• Answer the telephone & respond to enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
