Mitie is seeking a Technical Manager to lead technical compliance, governance and asset management across a healthcare PFI estate in Dudley. You will act as the principal technical authority for engineering matters, supporting operations while ensuring safe, compliant and reliable building systems.
The role covers electrical, mechanical, water hygiene, ventilation, medical gases and fire safety, driving risk-based improvements and lifecycle planning in line with NHS HTMs, HBNs and PFI
Qualifikationen
- Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Recognised professional engineering qualification.
- IOSH Managing Safely minimum.
- Evidence of continual professional development.
Aufgaben
- Lead technical compliance framework across the estate, completing statutory inspections, testing, maintenance and certification.
- Maintain compliance with HTMs, HBNs, Building Regulations and safety regs.
- Provide expert leadership across electrical, mechanical, water hygiene, ventilation, and medical gas systems.
- Oversee authorised persons for key systems and ensure Safe Systems of Work.
