We are looking for caring, motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Workers to join our Enhanced Recovery Service.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support people in their own homes following illness, injury or hospital admission to regain confidence, maximise independence and achieve their personal goals. You will provide practical reablement support, encouraging individuals to develop daily living skills and maintain their independence wherever possible.
You will work closely with patients, families, carers and health and social care colleagues to deliver person-centred care that focuses on what matters most to the individual. The role requires good communication skills, a compassionate approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives by helping them remain independent in their own homes and reducing the need for ongoing support.
In return, we offer a supportive working environment, regular supervision and opportunities for training and development.
At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
