Live-in Carer – Invest in Care (Shropshire)

Location: Client homes across Shropshire & surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time | Live-in | Flexible rota (e.g. 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)

Invest in Care is a Shropshire-based care agency committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of our clients’ own homes. We're currently looking for dedicated and empathetic Live-in Carers to join our growing team.

As a Live-in Carer, you'll be living with your client and providing tailored one-to-one support, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in a familiar environment.

• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Support with medication (training provided)
• Prepare meals and manage dietary needs
• Light housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, shopping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Liaise with family and healthcare professionals when needed
• Previous care experience (live-in or domiciliary) preferred
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
• Kind, patient, and reliable nature
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo check)
• Driving licence (preferred, not essential)
