Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales invites applicants to join a Healthcare Assistant Apprenticeship. You will train on the job with experienced staff, develop practical caring skills and gain a Level 2 Health Care Assistant qualification within two years.

Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome to apply. All training is paid, and you will work as part of a team delivering compassionate patient care while you complete essential mandatory training.

Formación

• Maths and English GCSE grade C or above or equivalent.
• Willing to undertake and achieve the Level 2 Clinical Healthcare Apprenticeship Framework.
• Welsh language ability is desirable and English is welcome in any case.

Responsabilidades

• Assist trained staff to deliver patient care with dignity and respect.
• Learn and develop practical skills through on‑the‑job training and classroom sessions.
• Support cleaning, bed space prep and equipment cleaning as part of ward duties.
