Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire invites applications for Healthcare Assistant Modern Apprenticeships in Healthcare Support (Hospital Based). The role covers work in University Hospital Wishaw, Monklands and Hairmyers with a Band 2 wage (£26,696 - £28,988).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and perform basic health checks.
• Assist with meals and mobility.
• Support personal care including washing, oral care and dressing.
• Assist with toilet visits or continence needs.
• Care for patients at end of life where required.
