Job summary

Medirest, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is hiring a Security And Car Park Admin Assistant in Prescot to support Healthcare operations. This full-time role covers despatch, parking admin, data entry, queries, and general admin tasks to maintain a high standard of service.

You will work as part of a team, ensure confidentiality, and support a secure and efficient car park operation across shifts.

Qualifications

• Despatch, collect and compile relevant information.
• Process staff parking application forms and relevant personnel details.
• Keep Car Parking Database up to date.
• Compile up to date list of parking violations.
• Read and reply to emailed Car Parking queries.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone, deal with telephone enquiries and take messages.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
• Work as a team to keep a security first mindset.
• Identify and develop administrative improvements and processes.
