Job summary

Pertemps Leicester is seeking a driven Sales Co-ordinator for a healthcare business in the Southwell area. This permanent, full-time role offers £27,000-£30,000 per annum plus commission, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities and help clients find suitable solutions. We're looking for candidates with prior sales experience, a consultative approach, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Consultative approach to helping customers find solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Follow up quotations, proposals and sales leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity on the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
