Job summary

STRAT7 is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Health team in London. The role involves coordinating client-facing projects across qualitative, quantitative and secondary research for pharmaceutical, medical device and medical technology companies.

You will bring experience in fieldwork management or project management for healthcare research, with strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience managing quantitative and/or qualitative fieldwork in healthcare/pharma market research.
• Ability to coordinate projects across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Project setup and coordination: manage SOWs, track information, schedule meetings and updates.
• Research setup: draft screeners, consents, discussion guides, templates, research platforms.
