A Healthcare Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor is sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. The role offers an excellent salary.

The Role:

• The team handles a range of work for clients from SMEs to household names
• The work includes providing expert advice to healthcare professionals on NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims
• They are looking to add an experienced Solicitor, preferably with a focus on Court of Protection work

The Candidate:

• Ideally 4+ PQE in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work
