Job Description:

A healthcare regulatory and advisory solicitor is sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. The firm is highly regarded, with a strong regional and national reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice. The role is based in central Manchester, in Spinningfields.

The team handles a variety of work for clients ranging from SMEs to well-known companies. Responsibilities include advising healthcare professionals on NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, participating in inquests, and defending clinical negligence claims. The firm is looking to expand its team with an experienced solicitor, ideally with a focus on Court of Protection work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 PQE in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work. Applications are also welcome from proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in transitioning into this area.
