Health Regulatory /Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. Paying extremely well.

THE FIRM:

THE ROLE:

• The team handles a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies
• The work is varied: providing advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims.
• They have a well-established team and are now looking to add an experienced Solicitor – ideally focusing on Court of Protection work.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Ideally, candidates will have at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work
• Applications are welcome from proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in moving into this area.
