Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Regulatory/Advisory Solicitor at a leading Top 50 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Our client is an award-winning, international law firm with an excellent reputation. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking to recruit a Healthcare Solicitor to join their well-regarded Regulatory/Advisory team.

The Regulatory Department provides expert advice on a variety of issues to health and social care clients, including:

1. Inquests
2. Litigation, including Court of Protection, judicial review, and mental health tribunal matters
3. Mental Health and Mental Capacity law, including Deprivation of Liberty
4. Public law, advising commissioning and service provider organizations on governance, powers, responsibilities, funding, and treatment decisions
5. Governance and patient safety investigations
6. CQC and related healthcare regulation
7. Confidentiality
8. Information law (DPA/FOIA)

Applicants should have a solid track record in Healthcare Regulatory or Inquests work and possess strong advocacy skills.
