BCL Legal is recruiting aHealthcare Regulatory Solicitor to join a well‑regarded national law firm. The role targets NQ‑5 PQE and offers training and supervision in a dynamic healthcare regulatory team.

You will advise on regulatory matters, support investigations, and manage a varied, high‑calibre caseload with experienced colleagues. Ideally you have healthcare regulatory exposure, but strong clinical negligence backgrounds are welcomed for retraining into healthcare regulation.

Qualifikationen

• NQ-5 PQE solicitor is sought.
• Healthcare regulatory experience is ideal but not essential.
• Clinical negligence solicitors encouraged to retrain into healthcare regulatory work.
• Strong academics and technical ability are required.

I'm working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to add to its Healthcare Regulatory team.

The role will involve:

• Advising healthcare professionals and organisations on regulatory and disciplinary matters


• Supporting on complex investigations and hearings before regulatory bodies


• Managing a varied caseload with the benefit of support, supervision and training


• Working alongside experienced lawyers and specialists in the healthcare regulatory space


• Getting involved in high-profile and often complex cases
