Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Advise on GMC and GDC investigations.
• Represent clients at inquests and pre-inquest hearings.
• Advise on police investigations and Trust disciplinary matters.
• Support senior lawyers and supervise junior team members when appropriate.
• Meet financial and chargeable hour targets.
• Produce monthly and ad hoc client management information reports.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

As a Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer in Manchester, you'll focus on providing expert legal advice on a range of matters to an impressive healthcare client base.

Our client is a well known national law firm with offices in Manchester.

You will work within a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked team.

• Advise healthcare professionals on high-profile and sensitive matters
• Gain exposure to a broad range of work, including GMC and GDC investigations, inquests, police investigations and Trust disciplinary proceedings

Description

As a Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer your duties will include;

• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Advising on GMC and GDC investigations

Profile

A successful Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer should be a qualified solicitor between 2-5 PQE ideally with experience in healthcare regulatory law.
