Overview

Solicitor – Healthcare Regulatory & Fitness to Practise – Manchester or Leeds – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits. An excellent opportunity to join a highly respected Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation in Healthcare Regulation and Professional Discipline.

Due to continued growth within the Healthcare Regulatory team, the firm is seeking an Associate / Solicitor (3+ PQE) to handle a diverse caseload of Fitness to Practise and regulatory investigations, acting for both private healthcare providers and NHS-linked bodies. You’ll manage matters spanning disciplinary investigations, NHSE proceedings, CQC enforcement and wider regulatory risk management, with opportunities to undertake advocacy and contribute to client training and supervision of junior team members.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career in Healthcare Regulation within a supportive, modern and forward-thinking national practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of Fitness to Practise and regulatory investigations for private healthcare providers and NHS-linked bodies.

Requirements
