Role Overview:
Join this nationally recognized law firm as a Healthcare Solicitor, advising on a wide range of healthcare matters. Responsibilities include providing representation at inquests, representing clinicians before regulatory bodies, handling medical device/product liability work, and general advisory work. You will manage a full and varied caseload.

Candidate Profile:
The firm is seeking a Healthcare Solicitor who can demonstrate:

• Experience with clinical negligence claims from both Claimant and Defendant perspectives, including medical malpractice and high-value, complex personal injury cases;
• Experience in healthcare advisory work (preferred but not essential);
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills;
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and advise clients using specialist knowledge;
