Healthcare Recruitment Consultant

Founded in 2015 by an NHS dementia specialist, our vision is to improve the quality of life in care across the UK, with a particular focus on improving outcomes in dementia care.

We achieve this by delivering great experiences for our care recipients and their families, as well as making the working lives of our carers more fulfilling and better supported.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and ensure compliance for our live-in carer community
  • Work closely with the Head of Recruitment and other departments to ensure the business is well staffed with high-quality live-in carers
  • Proactively contact prospective applicants for pre-screening calls and conduct video interviews to assess suitability
  • Support applicants throughout the recruitment process to maintain high compliance, including training, references, and DBS checks in line with CQC standards
  • Uphold best practices and serve as a role model within the organization
Who are you?
  • You may have experience in social care recruitment, preferably in live-in care, but it’s not essential
  • Strong customer service skills and enjoyment in speaking with people over the phone
  • Energetic, ambitious, positive attitude, and outgoing approach
  • Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds
  • Comfortable with metrics, managing marketing channels, and tracking KPIs across multiple platforms
  • High attention to detail regarding compliance, references, and recruitment procedures
  • Excellent assessment skills for competencies, personality, attitude, and skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working towards stretch KPIs
