Qualifications
- Background in sales with a track record of hitting targets.
- Competitive, driven mindset with ambition to progress in recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident on calls and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Learn the full temporary recruitment cycle from client brief to placement.
- Source, screen and register candidates in healthcare.
- Fill temporary vacancies for healthcare clients quickly and reliably.
- Build relationships with healthcare clients by phone to grow your client base.
- Engage in business development activities such as cold calling and market mapping.
- Keep accurate records on the CRM with vacancies, candidates and client activity.
