Job summary

Circle Health Group Ltd seeks a Quality and Risk Manager for Lincoln Private Hospital. This full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours weekly) offers a salary of up to £43,500 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

You will lead quality and governance activities, drive safety culture, prepare for inspections, manage incidents and analysis of data, and deliver staff training to secure high-quality patient care across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare governance or risk management.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and national standards.
• Experience conducting complex investigations including RCA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change and collaborate across teams.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital's quality and governance functions and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Champion safety culture and awareness of governance frameworks.
• Prepare the hospital for inspections and coordinate evidence gathering.
• Ensure incidents and complaints are logged and closed per policy timelines.
• Manage collection, analysis, and presentation of governance data.
• Deliver training, workshops and presentations to improve quality engagement.
