Our client, a well-established construction consultancy, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of healthcare and public sector projects across London and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and collaborative team delivering projects that have a meaningful impact on local communities and essential public services. The Role

Working within an established Project Management team, you'll be responsible for supporting and leading the delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects across the healthcare and public sectors, coordinating consultant teams, monitoring project performance and contributing to the successful delivery of projects through all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You'll come from a construction consultancy, project management consultancy or client-side environment and have experience delivering projects within the healthcare, public sector, education or wider built environment sectors.

Requirements

• MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards chartership.
• Healthcare and/or public sector project experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
