Job summary

GSCI Consultants Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator in Hemel Hempstead to support successful project delivery. You will ensure adherence to processes, coordinate information flows, and maintain documentation quality across project lifecycles.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in PMO or project administration. A pragmatic mindset to drive consistency and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project administration or PMO roles.
• Strong understanding of project documentation and workflows.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
• Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings (virtual and in-person) and manage and disseminate meeting minutes, including QA of AI-generated notes.
• Coordinate project meetings including preparation of Monday boards and meeting agendas/packs.
• Maintain and monitor key project systems.
• Support Project Managers and Cost Managers with consistent, high-quality project documentation.
• Support and complete project reporting and ensure information is stored and managed per company standards.
