The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Network Quality, Claims, Near Patient Staff, MRC, technical teams, operations, and local Global Assistance Network managers to ensure service delivery and beneficiary satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage host nation providers, ensuring seamless integration within the TOP Provider Network.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies for the provider portfolio to meet contractual and KPI objectives.
  • Coordinate provider lifecycle processes, including identification, assessment, addition, and removal from the network.
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize the Provider Network according to client needs.
  • Identify and manage new provider partnerships as needed.
  • Maintain provider data accuracy in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Support providers through issue resolution and medical record management, including electronic health records.
  • Work flexible hours as required.
  • Travel regionally approximately 50% of the time.

About you

  • Must own a car with a valid driver’s license.

• Healthcare or provider management experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; postgraduate degree is an advantage.

• Additional experience in insurance, medical provision, or nursing is beneficial.

  • Benefits include private pension, medical insurance, life assurance, and more.
  • Supportive company culture with career development opportunities.
  • Global environment with flexible working options.
  • Additional leave options and diversity inclusion initiatives.
