Medicareplus International is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the marketing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work with Brand Managers in London and the Graphics Team in Ahmedabad, supporting campaigns, events, budgets and KPI tracking.

The role is a full-time 6-month fixed-term contract based at the Alperton office, with standard 8:30am–5:00pm hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in marketing support, coordination or admin roles.
• Experience collaborating with sales, clinical or creative teams.
• Healthcare/pharma/regulatory environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Brand Managers and coordinate projects, meetings and materials.
• Collaborate with Brand, Graphics, Sales and Clinical teams to align on plans and communications.
• Coordinate with external partners (media agencies, printers, suppliers) for marketing collateral and timelines.
• Maintain campaign plans and content calendars; support mailer production with Graphics and Brand teams.
• Track media placements and marketing budgets to ensure financial oversight.
• Support social media calendar, content scheduling and publishing across channels.
• Handle purchasing workflows: requisitions, PO generation and vendor billing details.
• Plan and organize events and NBMs, manage bookings and conference logistics.
• Analyze sales/market data; update KPI tracker and calculate ROI for campaigns/events.
• Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints; proofread messaging and align packaging/artwork with brand guidelines.
• Assist with CRM campaign setup and dissemination of relevant updates to teams.
• Create surveys (MS Forms) and help gather and summarize market intelligence.
