Job summary

Pure Unity Health Group in Norwich is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator to support growth across the Group, coordinating acquisition and integration projects from due diligence through onboarding.

The role works hybrid with occasional travel to other UK sites, reporting to the Programme Director and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain pipelines, project plans and timely milestones within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, project support or coordination role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of acquisition and integration projects across the Group.
• Maintain acquisition pipelines, project plans and reporting documentation.
• Assist with due diligence activities, gathering and tracking information requests.
• Prepare presentations, business reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor project actions, risks and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate the onboarding of newly acquired healthcare businesses and teams.
• Support the implementation of integration plans and track progress against agreed milestones.
• Build positive relationships with external advisers, consultants and acquisition partners.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and governance requirements.
