Job summary

Circle Health Group in West London invites a Project Manager to lead the Estates Operations' infrastructure capital programme. You will manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring construction aligns with operational hospital needs across multiple locations.

Based in the M3/M4 corridor or West London outskirts, some travel is required. The successful candidate will hold PRINCE2 or equivalent, with a track record in healthcare construction, contract negotiations, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 or similar project management methodology
• Proven track record delivering construction and healthcare projects
• Knowledge of HTM and HBN standards desirable
• Strong budget, risk, and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to negotiate contracts with building and equipment contractors
• Experience managing projects in live hospital environments

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on project budget, risk, issues and opportunities
• Coordinate with hospital teams to optimise project solutions
• Balance efficient construction with operational needs
• Lead stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee tender process including specification, evaluation and recommendations
• Coordinate external consultants and support contract administration
• Support development of project management skills within the team
• Provide subject matter expertise to the business
