Circle Health Group seeks a Project Manager - Infrastructure to join the Estates Operations team in the West London/South East England area. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with travel across multiple healthcare locations to support the infrastructure capital programme.

A PRINCE2-certified candidate with healthcare construction experience is essential. The successful candidate will manage budgets, risk and stakeholder engagement while coordinating tender processes and external consultants to

Qualifications

• Qualified in PRINCE2 or similar, with a successful track record of methodology use and implementation.
• Track record in delivering construction and healthcare projects.
• Solid grasp of the construction process from briefing through post-completion.
• Track record of contract negotiation with building and equipment contractors.
• Practical working knowledge of construction contracts.
• Knowledge of HTM and HBN standards desirable.
• A value-for-money thinker who can drive out cost and waste.
• Proven track record in delivering infrastructure and asset projects in complex healthcare environments.

Responsabilités

• To manage and report on project budget, risk, issues, and opportunities.
• To integrate with hospital teams to optimise development of project solutions.
• To ensure efficient construction is balanced with operational needs.
• To lead stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• To oversee the tender process for projects, including tender specification, evaluation, and final recommendation.
• To coordinate external consultants as required.
• To support the contract administration process.
• To support development of project management skills within the team and wider business.
• To provide subject matter expertise to the business.
