Job summary

Circle Health Group seeks a Health and Safety Cluster Advisor to cover three sites within Guildford, Chertsey and Basingstoke. The role is 37.5 hours per week, permanent, with a salary up to £40,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

The role is based in Guildford with flexible site coverage across the cluster. Entry-level applicants are welcome, with opportunities to develop skills in H&S across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience with health & safety exposure, or substantial health & safety experience.
• Level 3 qualification is desirable; candidates working towards it will be considered.
• H&S professional registration (IOSH) or willingness to apply for registration.
• Fire safety skills.
• Competency as a Risk Assessor.
• Experience undertaking audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear advice to SMTs on compliance with health & safety obligations and support implementation.
• Demonstrate compliance with health and safety standards to regulators and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HSCL to improve safety performance across sites.
• Coordinate attendance for each site in your cluster with the HSCL.
• Identify and share lessons learned from incidents in your cluster.
• Support corporate projects, policy development, training, and related initiatives.
