Circle Health Group is seeking a Health and Safety Cluster Advisor to support three sites (Guildford, Chertsey, Basingstoke) with a flexible shift pattern across 37.5 hours per week. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with SMTs, improving safety performance, and assisting with policy development.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience with safety exposure, or substantial H&S background, and may be working towards a Level 3 qualification.

Formación

• Healthcare background with Health & Safety exposure or substantial Health & Safety experience.
• Level 3 qualification is desirable; consideration for those pursuing it.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear advice to Senior Management Teams on compliance with legislation, guidance and policies.
• Demonstrate compliance with health and safety standards to regulators (CQC, HIS, HSE, etc.).
• Collaborate with HSCL to improve safety performance across cluster sites.
• Coordinate safe time allocation for each site with HSCL.
• Share lessons learned from incidents across sites.
