Tate is seeking a Finance Director in the South West region (On-site) to lead commercial finance across a major operational division. You will join a high-performing team, partnering with senior leaders to improve financial performance, drive transformation, and ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and a track record of delivering complex finance transformations in healthcare or similarly complex environments. Competitive salary and benefits.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with a strong track record in commercial finance leadership.
- Experience in finance partnering and managing finance managers/Heads of Finance.
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, planning and modelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing finance team and develop a finance business partnering culture.
- Partner with senior operational leaders to improve commercial and financial performance.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and delivery of the financial plan.
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimization and operational efficiency programmes.
- Oversee business cases, investment decisions, tenders and strategic initiatives.
- Lead transformation programmes and track benefits realisation.
