Job summary

X-on Health is seeking a Finance Director to lead the company’s financial strategy and governance in the UK primary care market. The role partners with the Group CFO and MD to support commercial decisions, investment priorities, and long-term planning while ensuring robust financial controls and disciplined performance management.

Based in Melton, Woodbridge, the post combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across budgeting, reporting and compliance, with a focus on SaaS metrics

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Senior SaaS/tech finance leadership experience.
• Understanding of subscription revenue models.
• Experience in regulated or NHS-adjacent environments.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detail levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and long-term planning for X-on Health.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, and board reporting.
• Manage cashflow, controls, tax, and compliance.
• Provide financial input on tenders, pricing, and contracts.
• Collaborate with MD, Group CFO and leadership to drive growth.
