Intermountain Health is seeking a Maintenance Worker II – General in the Facilities Management department. The role focuses on general maintenance tasks across hospital environments and requires competency in a broad range of maintenance disciplines.

You will perform routine to moderately complex tasks, work 40 hours weekly (Tuesday-Friday 12-9pm and Saturday 8am-230pm), and contribute to a safe, clean work environment within a healthcare setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a maintenance generalist or handyman is required.
• Demonstrated abilities of the skills listed above
• Willingness to work hard and to learn.
• Some experience working in a healthcare setting
• A valid drivers license may be required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment by following established safety procedures and protocols.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Aufgaben

• Performs routine to moderately complex maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls or floors.
• Assists with the installation, repair, and maintenance of hospital equipment and systems.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests and provides immediate assistance to resolve the issue.
• Works independently or under the supervision of a facilities management leader.
