Job summary

Priory is seeking a Head of Facilities to oversee Estates and Facilities at Lakeside View and 255 Lichfield Road in Willenhall and Bloxwich. The role is site-based, full-time, and requires leadership across multiple support services to maintain safe, efficient operations.

You will manage budgets, lead on health and safety, and drive capital projects while maintaining Priory standards across both sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities/hospitality or healthcare teams.
• Direct line management experience at senior level required.
• H&S qualification IOSH or NEBOSH and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Estates and Facilities across both Priory sites to ensure safety, efficiency and value for money.
• Lead support services across housekeeping, admin, medical secretaries, maintenance, reception and catering.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and contractor management for projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, health and safety and building checks at both locations.
