Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled engineering experience ideally in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across systems.
• Inspect and maintain engineering plant and equipment.
• Complete installations, repairs, and minor refurbishments.
• Monitor plant performance using Building Management System.
• Support statutory compliance in safety and hygiene.
• Manage contractors on site and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to faults and participate in an on-call rota.
