Qualifications

• Experience leading estates/maintenance teams in healthcare or complex environments.
• Strong track record of delivering customer-focused estates services.
• Ability to manage internal staff and external contractors safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-ordinate day-to-day activities of the mechanical maintenance service.
• Manage in-house team of 6-8 staff and external contractors.
• Ensure service is compliant with statutory directives and delivers high-quality patient care.
