Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Oxfordshire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Community Equipment Service Centre. You will handle calls from service users, families and healthcare professionals as the first point of contact for queries or orders related to our equipment.

You will manage orders for delivery, installation and collection by Driver Technicians, check online orders for errors, and enter orders on the system.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
• Strong telephone-based customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in administration and diary management.
• Professional and confident over the phone and via email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage incoming calls, answering queries professionally.
• Coordinate orders to be delivered, installed and collected by Driver Technicians.
• Order analysis by checking and identifying errors on online orders.
• Invoicing and entering orders via the online system.
• General administration to support daily activities.
