Job summary

CapeClarke is seeking a Healthcare and Education Regulatory Associate in Manchester to advise on regulatory issues across healthcare, social care and education organisations. The role combines compliance guidance with contentious matters, investigations and registration decisions, with hybrid working from Manchester.

You will typically have around three to five years PQE in regulatory or professional discipline, strong drafting and client skills, and the ability to offer clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' PQE in regulatory or professional discipline carrying out advisory and litigation tasks.
• Experience with regulator investigations, professional discipline, safeguarding and challenges arising from inspections or registration decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory compliance advice and handle contentious matters across healthcare, social care and education sectors.
• Assist with regulator investigations, professional discipline, safeguarding and registration decisions.
• Draft clear recommendations and client communications; liaise with tribunals, inquests and regulatory bodies.
