Job summary

NHS Tayside's Property Department seeks a Construction Supervisor / Service Co-ordinator to deliver a range of healthcare projects from minor works to large refurbishments and new builds in Scotland.

The role requires post-qualifying experience in construction management and knowledge of project design, supervision and commissioning within NHS governance. You will report to the Head of New Works and support colleagues across major projects.

Qualifications

• Post-qualifying experience in construction management.
• Knowledge of a range of project areas gained through experience and training.
• Ability to lead and coordinate design, supervision and commissioning activities within NHS governance.
